Boston Manor - Engine Rooms Southampton

So. When you're hideously jet lagged, having landed from Canada that morning.... How do you cope with it? You go see Trophy Eyes, Split Chain and Boston Manor at The Engine Rooms right!?

Having seen this line up and buying tickets before the trip to Canada for a festival was finalised. There was absolutely no way I was missing this!

Boston Manor have been going from strength to strength in recent years. A band that I had been following on social media and on streaming platforms; so when I saw they were coming to my area I was not missing them!

I originally caught this guys at 2000 Trees in the summer and I absolutely adored their live presence! Their set on the Forest stage at the festival especially, absolutely blew me away and I immediately bought tickets for the Southampton show!

Despite being jet lagged and not long off a transatlantic flight. I had the absolute best time. With the band playing absolute classics such as Crocus, halo and Foxglove and a ridiculous amount of crowd surfers it was definitely a gig to remember. Including some dinosaurs! Cause who doesn't love a dinosaur?!
